Tickets move through Intake → In progress → Waiting on parts → Ready → Picked up. The Bench dashboard shows everything open, oldest first.
Change a status from the ticket. Every change is logged with the time and the person, and the customer can be notified.
A ticket is only finished when it is marked Picked up. Taking payment at the register links the sale to the ticket, but a ticket that is not ready yet stays open with a note.
